Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains when refunds are (or are not) issued on LustPays.com. By using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

All top-ups are final and non-refundable.

Once funds are added, they are immediately available and cannot be reversed. This is similar to buying digital credits on other platforms.

3. Rewarble Fees

The 5% withdrawal fee is non-refundable.

Rewarble transactions are irreversible and protect against chargebacks.

4. Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If a withdrawal is rejected before processing, funds remain in your wallet (excluding any paid fees).

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors or verified fraud.
